Refund Policy

For cancellations more than 7 days before the start of camp, a refund of the full camp fee less $20 transaction fee will be refunded

For cancellations within 7 days of camp start, 50% of the camp fee will be refunded

For cancellations the day of camp or leaving camp due to illness or other reasons, no refunds will be provided.

SPONSORSHIP & discounts

If you require full or partial sponsorship for your child, please contact us to discuss options.

Orders exceeding $900 are eligible for a 10% discount using discount code THECAMPFORME.

FOOD ALLERGIES  

MFC’s Kitchen facilities are limited in space.  We may not be able to accommodate food preparation or serving needs for those with food allergies.  Please contact us before completing your registration for both the Camp and yourself to confirm our facility’s ability to accommodate your camper’s needs.

MOBILE DEVICES & CAMERAS

We value MFC as a safe place to step away from the busyness of everyday life.  To preserve that and to ensure protection and privacy of campers, we promote an unplugged environment where mobile devices and cameras are not to be used by campers without express permission from the camp leader.
